How do you attach the bow?
Each car bow attaches easily with a soft rubber suction cup that will not scratch the vehicle. You may
need to moisten the suction cup to have it adhere well to the car. You can also tie the bow with the string
at the back of the bow on to wherever you want the bow to attach.
Will my package arrive safe?
The bow is shipped securely in a 200lb test box with reinforced glue tape. We insure each package for
loss or damage.
Will I get my bow in time?
Yes! We have two options, Standard Delivery (delivery within 5 - 7 days from date of purchase, Mon-
Friday) and Express Delivery (2-3 days).
Do I have to use PayPal?
No, you have your choice of using PayPal if you have a PayPal account or you may purchase your bow
with a credit card using Paypal’s secure checkout system. We accept Visa - Discover - Master Card -
American Express or eCheck.
How safe is it to purchase online?
All transactions are strictly confidential and all personal information is kept secure and used solely for the
purpose of fulfilling your order with us. Credit Card transactions are done through a secure
connection using SSL technology.
Can I return my bow?
Each bow is custom made for each order. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the bow has
shipped out.

Can I get a multi color bow?
Yes! You have your choice of 1, 2, or 3 color combinations from are color chart. When checking out
choose one color, after filling out all your information you will have a place to leave a message and ad
colors. There is no extra charge for multi-color bows.
What is the ribbon made of?
All of our handmade bows are crafted with high quality indoor/outdoor poly satin ribbon. Poly-Satin
ribbon is waterproof and durable!
Can I use the bow outside?
For outdoor use the 12" bows will last for months. The 20 and 24 inch bows can be used outdoors for
extended periods but the loops my may need to be fluffed after hard rains. If the bows are placed in
direct sunlight during hot summer days you can expect fading after around 3 months.
